Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To support senior team on new business proposals by assisting with the development of proposal materials and budgets
  • To liaise with and manage third-party suppliers in order to obtain quotes and to develop third-party materials – this can include digital, print and logistical support
  • To liaise with client in order to set up calls and meetings
  • To participate client meetings and lead discussions when required, and to record accurate minutes that should be distributed to the internal team and client promptly
  • To alert senior team to any potential cost or deadline concerns and lead project team discussions on resolving issues
  • To ensure status reports are accurate and sent to clients on schedule
  • To develop and review project content that is on client brief, ensuring timely and accurate feedback is delivered to studio or junior team members
  • To proof read materials when required
  • To develop project plans and timelines of moderate complexity in line with client brief
  • To brief internal team on project tasks and ensure that deadlines are not missed
  • To update account lead on progress of all projects on a regular basis
  • To provide job analytics and reconcile budgets when required

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven work experience as a digital project manager, or within account management at a digital agency, ideally in the healthcare/life science space
  • A passion for good UX and product design
  • Experience with project management software, including gantt charts, mind maps, and UX mock-ups
  • Familiarity with various content management systems and HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning agency. This is a unique project management role, involving the management of workflow and publishing of videos across a number of video publishing platforms, as well as oversight of the video production, logistics and editorial teams involved with planning and publishing digital and video content.

  • To liaise with senior management team, Senior account managers and Account managers to understand staff resource available to support activities for medical congress, or on a weekly basis for website, social media, marketing and communications associated with publishing channels.
  • To manage timelines associated with medical congress attendance and publishing activities
  • To manage resource required to run video publishing channels
  • Management of logistics team
  • Work with senior management team and editorial lead for the channels/platforms to finalise expert invite list, ensuring that special priorities/relationships/opportunities are clearly flagged
  • Manage process of chasing and scheduling expert interviews, and co-ordinating with client meetings and available camera crews/editors
  • Ensuring on-site team is able to communicate with experts, including promotion of video content via social media pre- and post- publishing
  • Review of content post-meting and oversight of plan for post-congress comms with specific experts
  • Understanding of account management team requirements for clients/sponsors of Brandcast Health as well as publishing partners, and adjust production/logistics/content plans as required
  • Oversight of technical and design updates to site where required
  • Oversight of interview guide development with direction from editorial/senior management team
  • Oversight of publishing schedule with direction and support from editorial/senior management team

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Some experience working with film crews and web developers and designers
  • Familiarity with medical congress activities
  • Some experience with publication and content planning
  • Education to a degree standard, or with equivalent, relevant experience
  • Hands-on approach to project management

We are looking for a journalistic and digitally interested editorial lead to oversee content planning and execution across a number of online medical publications. The ideal candidate should have proven experience of commissioning medical publications and should be able to demonstrate an understanding of current affairs within the oncology field. An ability to communicate directly with expert researchers and clinicians is essential. Excellent science writing and editing is also a must for this candidate.

In order to grow our MedEd offering, we are hoping to find an Account Manager with experience working with pharmaceutical clients on Medical Education projects, such as advisory boards, publication planning, meeting planning and congress activity. A strong scientific story is at the heart of everything we do and we are looking to build a team who will challenge traditional tactics and who can take scientific and clinical educational campaigns to digital platforms. Responsibilities:

Account management:

  • To support senior team on new business proposals by drafting proposal documentation and budgets, and delegating research to Account Executives
  • To provide creative and strategic input on new business opportunities
  • To assist with business growth by suggesting potential new project work for existing and novel clients
  • To oversee the management of third-party suppliers in order to produce client-ready materials that are on-brief and on-budget
  • To review work produced by junior staff, giving them timely and fair feedback
  • To lead client calls and ensure that all meetings are set up correctly
  • To lead client f2f meetings when required, and to review and approve minutes that should be distributed promptly
  • To make sensible suggestions for approval by senior team on resolving potential strategic, cost or deadline concerns with client, and to subsequently brief wider team on solution
  • To oversee the update of status reports and send to client
  • To proof read materials when required
  • To develop project plans, timelines and budgets for complex projects in line with client brief, for approval by senior team
  • To brief internal team on project tasks and advise on allocated budget
  • To motivate and empower internal project teams to produce innovative and creative work and to give them feedback in a timely and fair manner
  • To proactively update client or account lead on progress of all projects on a regular basis
  • To reconcile projects on a regular basis, ensuring that senior team and client is warned in advance of any potential budget adjustments
  • To ensure that all projects are reconciled and invoiced accurately, and to maintain contact with finance department regularly with budget status updates

Strategic support:

  • Uses therapy area and platform/creative knowledge to add value to all assigned projects
  • Applies digital and creative innovation throughout project process
  • Ensure project team adhere to agency and client processes
  • Develops and applies knowledge of healthcare markets and regulations
  • Develops and applies knowledge of digital communications and campaigns

Brandcast internal support:

  • To oversee junior account team activities, ensuring they carry out their internal duties and maintain a professional manner with external visitors
  • To instigate and lead internal projects. E.g. marketing and process development

People Management:

  • To mentor junior account team on duties and carry out training for new starters
  • To give regular feedback to assigned direct reports and arrange 121 meetings so they can update you on project status and progress – reporting updates to senior team
  • To develop career objectives for direct reports and communicate progress during bi-annual reviews
  • Able to develop positive and trusting relationships with internal project team, demonstrating empathy and appreciation for their role
