Overview
We have worked closely with the UK’s leading women and paedatric hospital for many years to boost awareness of their core services, enhance their online brand, and to increase visitors to the website. The main strategy was to convey the clinical excellence of the hospital, while boosting awareness of their core services and the leading consultants who practice there.
A fully responsive website was created by Brandcast Media to give a great user journey across all viewing devices – desktop, tablet and mobile. This was supported by social campaigns to inform prospective patients, such as live Q&A’s on Facebook with paediatric consultants. The site is constantly evolving and becoming a leading source for healthcare information, as we continue to enhance the services pages, the user experience and the weekly healthcare advice provided by the brilliant blog.
The digital strategy has so far resulted in a 30% increase in enquiries to the hospital.
