  • Social CRM is about relationships and social psychology which is crucial to understanding the audience and knowing why people would be willing to interact with brands.
  • Social CRM is also about social relationships so you need to understand interactions and the values you can add to people’s lives.
  • Become a brand that ‘is’ social rather than a brand that ‘does’ social.
  • Listening is hearing with insights. Don’t just hear but listen and connect.
  • Digital marketing rocketed from 8% to 24% over the past 3 years in Singapore and Brandcast Media are in the process of setting up an office in Singapore.
